ATM & Self-Service Banking
We build the full software stack that powers self-service banking — from the customer-facing interface a cardholder sees on screen, down to the device-level integration that talks to dispensers, card readers, and biometric modules. Supports multi-vendor ATM fleets and rapid rollout of new services without disrupting existing infrastructure.
The challenge and our approach
From customer-facing applications to device-level functionality: we work across the whole ATM software stack — the transaction workflow, the ATM application, host protocols such as xDC and nexo, and the XFS layer that drives the devices.
That lets a bank add modern services — cardless and QR transactions, biometric identification, digital receipts — to the terminals it already runs, and modernise legacy ATM software instead of replacing the fleet.
- New services on existing terminals — no fleet replacement needed.
- One stack across vendors — the same functionality on every device model.
- Modern customer experience — cardless, QR and biometric transactions.
What we deliver
ATM application & transaction workflow
Customer-facing ATM applications and the transaction workflows behind them, built around your products and brand.
XFS device integration
Device-level functionality through XFS — dispensers, card readers, printers and other peripherals across multi-vendor fleets.
Host protocols: xDC & nexo
Protocol implementation between terminals and your authorisation host and payment networks.
Digital customer services
Cardless withdrawals and deposits, QR code services, digital receipts and on-screen marketing campaigns.
Biometric identity
Face ID and Palm ID transactions and customer identification workflows at the terminal.
Legacy ATM modernisation
Enhancement of existing ATM software, new protocols and multi-vendor device integration — including upgrades for operating-system end of support and new industry standards, without replacing hardware.
